Inspired by the sights, sounds and flavors of his childhood, former NFL running back and Ivory Coast native Amos Zereouè has combined his passion for savory, authentic West African cuisine with his vision of a modernized Ivory Coast. During his seven-year tenure in the NFL, Zereouè would indulge his teammates and friends with his West African-inspired cuisine, reminiscent of his childhood in the Ivory Coast, something he continues to this day.
